HI, I'M NICOLE.
Before I had the opportunity to experience Nutrition Response Testing, I was not doing very well. After a back injury and ultimately surgery I immediately had to have my gallbladder removed. My health then significantly worsened. After several autoimmune diagnosis I was taking immune suppressant drugs along with a pill for each side effect. I was in pain, very tired and struggled with the demands to be a functioning adult.
Then I was introduced to Nutrition Response Testing. My life slowly began to change. After only a few months, I noticed a significant improvement. After months of being on a designed clinical nutrition program I was able to work again and be involved more with the demands of life. After experiencing such significant improvement I was determined to do my research, reading and then attend seminars until I mastered Nutrition Response Testing. I can’t wait to spread the news to everyone. I have finally found the tool that would enable me to improve the health of my family but also everyone else!!!
I am now certain I have found out how to be healthy. I tell all my family and friends everything I did to get well. I eat a traditional diet every day and I take natural whole food supplements every day. My life is a complete 180. In my opinion, whether it’s a hangnail or a headache, this is the way to go. I am living proof. I will continue to practice this for the rest of my life.
I am excited to see my clients become healthier versions of themselves just as I have become. I look forward to impacting the health of my family and community!
Some things from me....
Habakkuk 2:2. This verse continues to be a source of meditation for me. So much so that I took it literally. I wrote down the dreams and visions. I even went as far as creating a vision board. When I did this I had the overwhelming sense that this list, this vision was me. The most “me” thing I’ve done in a very long time. The Lord knows you, he knows me. He made you with the desires he desires for you. We are each made for a purpose. All different. I challenge you to reflect on these verses and ask for the vision of your future. Then write them down.
For the word of God is living and active and full of power [making it operative, energizing, and effective].
Hebrews 4:12
Time to scratch hustle and ALIGN. “All Scripture is God-breathed [given by divine inspiration] and is profitable for instruction, for conviction [of sin], for correction [of error and restoration to obedience], for training in righteousness [learning to live in conformity to God’s will, both publicly and privately—behaving honorably with personal integrity and moral courage];”
2 Timothy 3:16 AMP
Who are you? I was recently challenged with this question. I quickly began describing the roles in my life....mother, daughter...... No! Not what are you but who are you? We went further to discuss the importance of knowing who you are to know where you are headed and what your true God-given talents, gifts and desires are. I challenge you to take a few minutes and write down who you are. Not labels or titles, but who you are...then become more intentional to seek out things that are truly you. I can compare any choices before me to this list of who I am and decide quickly if it does or does not align with who I am. Here are a few examples from my list.

Let me know who are you.....
Words....
These are my words of motivation. What are yours?
Words can evoke a feeling, an emotion and sometimes motivation. “A soothing tongue [speaking words that build up and encourage] is a tree of life, But a perversive tongue [speaking words that overwhelm and depress] crushes the spirit.”
Proverbs 15:4 AMP
I have these defined to lift my spirits, to remind me what is possible and keep my future clear. These are definitely divine words. Words the Lord gave me in a season of prayer.
Authenticity - standing invitation to honor the truest, brightest, most beautiful you!
Freedom – a whole world of untapped potential is buried within each of us, just hoping we’re willing to set it free.
Wholeness – how much beauty wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for the life and death of each season that came before.
Resolve - where there is grit, there is beauty to be found.
I truly desire authenticity, declare freedom, sew wholeness and find resolve.

Wisdom, revelation, strategy and most of all..... courage. #beresolved
We are all a product of what we’ve been through and sometimes we can get “stuck” and stay in some of those past experiences. We must do better and make positive changes to live a full, healthy life. To do this we must get “unstuck”.
It takes intentionality. It takes facing the cold hard truth. It will cause you to face feelings, faults and ideas that are false narratives. It’s not easy. It takes “resolve.”
Health is more than what we eat. It is what we do, say, think, listen to, read and watch.
These are positive things I’ve implemented to get “unstuck.”
* Prayer
* Meditation
* Healing Touch Therapy
* Emotion Code
* Massage
* Nutrition Response Testing

By doing what I do, I’m taking full responsibility for the value of what I know. I cant keep this information to myself. I am trying to get more effective at delivering. Just like Dr Freddie Ulan has said before, “It’s becoming my joyful obligation. I have the material that I think everyone needs. I just need to get better at getting it out there.”
Thank you to everyone that has encouraged me, supported me and continues to believe in me.
My voice is not something I’ve always had physically. I’ve gained so much of it back and I owe it to Nutrition Response Testing.
